Welcome to St Lawrence Church, Bidborough

Bidborough Church

Welcome to the St Lawrence Church website. Please use the menu bar on the left to explore different areas of church life, and to search for any specific information you require.

St Lawrence Church is part of the Southborough Team Ministry. Originally built in the 10th century, the church now serves a 21st century community, and in all that we do we seek to 'Know God, Show His Love, and Grow His Church'.

You will find details on our website of our Sunday worship services, our thriving Sunday School, and our youth club called Big Fish which meets on a Sunday evening.

During the week a number of small groups - places of friendship and fellowship - meet in homes. New members are always welcome.

On Friday mornings, between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon, 25-30 young families meet at Bidborough Village Hall at St Lawrence 'Tots & Co'. Babies and pre-school children are very welcome with their 'grown-ups' of any age.

We hope you will enjoy looking around our website, and look forward to welcoming you to St Lawrence Church. Join us at one of our worship services, or just visit during the day - the church is open from dawn to dusk - for a moment of reflection and peace.
